You're right, these tests are trainable. But, you have to be at least pretty smart in the first place to train yourself to the point where you can test as a genius or gifted. One simple reason is because even a good test, compares a snapshot of you (a dynamic person) with a snapshot of it's sample group.

I believe one is a bit deflated (Mensa Norway, while other (Raven's 2) is supposed to be given to normal population and not to quizz lovers like here on this sub, so it is inflated for us.
